  • Encouraged women in the village of Kashlira to address issues collectively and advocate for their rights.
  • UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres praised her service, describing it as “a true credit to the United Nations.”
  • The award will be presented to Major Sen during a ceremony on Thursday, May 30th.
