IPMAT Exam Dates 2022

IIM will start the registration process after the release of the official notification. If you are an aspirant for the Integrated Program in Management Aptitude Test, you can go through the table below to know all the important events related to IPM 2022.

IPMAT Notification 2022

IIM will release the IPMAT Notification tentatively in March 2022. The notification includes all the details like exam dates, eligibility criteria, examination structure, syllabus, exam centers, and many other important details. The IPMAT exam will be held in online mode.

As per the notification, IIM will provide you admission to international applications based on their SAT scores. Before filling the application form, you are advised to go through all the details mentioned in the notification.

IPMAT Eligibility Criteria 2022

The eligibility criteria will vary for both domestic and international applicants. If you are willing to apply for IPMAT 2022, you must satisfy the IIM IPM Eligibility. Otherwise, you will not be eligible for the exam.

IIM Indore Exam Eligibility for Domestic Applications (Indian Nationals)

• Education Qualification: You should have passed Standard XII/HSC or equivalent examination in 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021. If you are a person taking class 12 exams in 2022, you can also apply.
• Age: You must be born on or after August 01, 2002, to apply for the exam. If you belong to the reserved category, you will be given 5 years of age relaxation.
• Minimum Percentage of Marks: The qualifying percentage required for the IIM IPM Exam is 60% in Class X and Class XII for General Category. For SC/ST/OBC and other reserved categories, it is 55%.

IPM Exam Eligibility for International Applicants

International candidates can also apply for admission to IIM Indore IPM. However, the applications are accepted through the SAT exam in this case. You are eligible to apply for the IIM Indore IPM 2022 Exam if you satisfy the following criteria.

• Education Qualification: You should have passed Standard XII/HSC or equivalent examination.
• Age: You must have been born on or after August 01, 2002, to apply for the exam.
• Minimum Percentage of Marks: You should have scored 60% in standard X/ SSC and standard XII/ HSC or equivalent examinations.
• Valid SAT Score: A minimum of 1300 marks are required in SAT exam to be eligible for IPMAT.

IPMAT 2022 Selection Process

The IPMAT Selection Process is a two-step process, and it is different for domestic and international applicants. Go through the detailed selection process given below.

IIM IPM Selection Procedure 2022 for Domestic Applicants

To get selected for the final admission procedure, you must qualify for the aptitude test, writing ability test, and personal interview. 

You will be shortlisted for further selection from the eligible pool for each category based on the minimum marks scored in each aptitude test section.

IIM IPM Selection Procedure 2022 for International Applicants

International applicants seeking admission to the five-year IPM of IIM Indore will be selected based on their performance in SAT, Written Ability Test (WAT) & Personal Interview (PI). If you fail to appear in SAT, WAT and PI shall not be considered for the final selection process.

Note that the final merit list will be generated based on the Composite Score (CS).

IPMAT Application Form 2022

The application process will get started tentatively from the first week of March 2022. You can fill the IPMAT Application Form only through online mode. Note that all international or national applicants have to follow the same application process for IPMAT.

How to apply for IIM IPM Exam 2022?

• Visit the official website of IIM, Indore
• Click on the Registration link of IPMAT 2022.
• Enter name, date of birth, mobile number, and E-mail ID
• Click on the “Submit” button.
• You will receive the user ID and password through registered Email and SMS.
• Then, you need to re-login to the site by using the credentials.
• Enter all the required details in the application form correctly.
• The last step is to pay the application fee through Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking.
• After the payment is updated, submit the application form.
• You must submit valid and attested certificates supporting your reservation category if you belong to the reserved category.

Application fee for IIM IPM 2022

The payment methods accepted are Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking. Given below is the application fee for domestic applicants.

Note: The application fee is $118 for international applicants.

IPMAT 2022 Exam Pattern

IPMAT 2022 Admit Card 

The admit card of the IPMAT exam will be available for download on the official website. IPMAT Admit Card 2022 is published 10 days before the exam date.

How to Download IIM IPM 2022 Admit Card?

• Visit the official website of IPMAT.
• On the homepage, click on the “Admit Card” tab.
• Enter your login credentials, i.e., Application Number or User ID and Password
• Click on submit button.
• The IPM Exam Admit Card 2022 will be displayed on the screen
• Download the Hall Ticket and take a printout for future reference.

IPMAT 2022 Exam Centres

The National Level IIM IPM Exam is conducted across 34 cities in the country. You will be given an option to select your preferred IIM IPM Exam Centers while filling the application form. However, the allotted centre may change as per the availability of seats at the exam center.

IIM IPM Exam Center for WAT and PI Exam

The written ability test and personal interview are conducted in seven centres across the country. The WAT and PI exams are conducted in the following exam centres.

IPMAT Result 2022

• IIM IPM Exam Result 2022 will be displayed on the official website of IPMAT
• The IPMAT Result 2022 will be displayed overall and section-wise.
• IIM will call you for a written ability test and personal interview if you get shortlisted in the aptitude test.

How to check IPMAT 2022 Result?

• Go to the official website of IIM Indore
• Go to the IIM IPM section
• Click on the “Results” button
• Enter your User ID and password
• Then, enter the Security Code/Password shown on the screen
• Click on the ‘Get Status’ tab
• IPMAT 2022 result will be displayed on the screen

IPMAT 2022 Cut off

Cut off marks are the minimum marks that you need to score to get shortlisted for further selection rounds. You will get shortlisted in the aptitude test only if you score above the IPMAT Cut Off 2022.

IIM IPM Indore Counselling 2022

The counselling process is conducted offline mode after all the examination process is over. IPMAT Counselling is conducted across 8 cities in India. Note that all original documents have to be shown at the time of counselling.

The following documents are required for the counselling process.

• Original copy & photocopy of IIM IPM 2022 Rank Card
• IPMAT Hall Ticket 2022 original and a photocopy
• Marks sheet of 10^th standard along with at least two xerox copy
• Original Counselling Letter along with xerox copy
• Medical Certificate mentioned in IIM IPM 2022 Application Form.
• Caste Certificate signed by the Competent Authority if you belong to OBC, SC, and ST category
• Passport size Photographs (Black & White and Color)
• Other necessary documents are mentioned in the IIM Indore Application form.
