- In the latest QS World University Ranking released early Wednesday:
- 61% of Indian universities have improved their rankings.
- IIT Bombay gained the top spot in India.
- Globally, MIT retained the title of ‘best institute in the world’ for the 13th consecutive year.
- IIT Bombay climbed from rank 149 in 2024 to rank 118 in 2025, an improvement of 31 positions.
- IIT Delhi, which moved up 47 ranks from 197 to 150.
- IISc Bengaluru, which advanced 14 ranks from 225 to 211.
CUCET 2021 : 1 Exam for 41 Central Universities | Important Update
Students seeking admission to undergraduate courses in 41 central universities may not be able to rely on their Class 12th marks alone. With the finalization of plan to conduct the Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET), students will have to prepare to fill an online form and appear for the test.
