In 2006 Vikas decided to drop out of a prestigious MBA college and start his venture EduMentor. In the past 10 years, he has successfully guided EduMentor from a modest startup to one of the biggest Educational companies. Vikas handles the overall responsibilities of the company from strategic initiatives, product development to getting the best people in industry associated with EduMentor. Prior to starting EduMentor, Vikas worked as visiting faculty at a leading MBA college in Delhi and as a consultant to emerging educational companies.
Vikas is a managment graduate from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, Delhi University.
Akhlas Usmani
Vice President
Akhlas joined EduMentor initially as a management trainee n 2008. He quickly rose to the level of Vice President in 2012. In this role, Akhlas developed an integrated strategy in more than 150 schools. He made career awareness drive a huge phenomenon impacting 30000 students of Delhi.

Gaurang Khurana
Executive General Manager
Gaurang Khurana is a child prodigy in sports. A state level player who represented Maharashtra in Under 16 Chess and Badminton. In academics Gaurang was always a grade A student. With meritorious certificates for performance in X boards to getting top score in the entire school in class XIIth, he outperformed everyone. Gaurang was also a University Topper of Digital Electronics. He was a guest faculty at SGTB Khalsa College (DU), preparing IAS aspirants for their dream.
At EduMentor he leads the entire Faculty and academics team to ensure maximum delivery of the academic content and help the faculties help students secure Rank 1 in their Entrances.
Nakul Shairwal

In 2014 Nakul dropped big placement offers to pursue his dream for education field. He has counseled 15000+ students across Delhi NCR. He is well known for his skills of counseling and personality development, upfront solutions to students’ issues and parent guidance.
Nakul Handles overall responsibilities of Counselling & Sales across Delhi-NCR. This includes management, training & objection handling of team Being a part of the core team, he also helps management in strategizing and executing various plans throughout the year.
He is MBA from NDIM delhi. In addition to academics he excelled in other activities like Student Council President, Table Tennis Champion, has managed several events with different teams.
Rishi Soni
Academic Head
Rishi Soni is the workaholic of EduMentor. He has many academic distinctions, He was amongst the top rankers in Mechanical and Automation Engineering at Amity University, Noida. He grabbed merit scholarship for consecutive 3 years. With academics, he was also involved in dramatics and represented his college in various inter-college competitions.
At EduMentor Rishi leads the Logical Reasoning Department.
