BVP BUMAT Counselling 2021 Procedure

The candidates who are selected will be called for the counselling process which will be conducted by the university. The students with names mentioned on the merit list will be receiving an invitation letter for the counselling process and on the spot selection round via email. The counselling date and time will be mentioned to the candidate as per the ranks secured.

In order to participate in counselling of BVP CET 2021, candidates will have to perform the following steps:

Step 1– BUMAT 2021 Counselling Call Letter Issue
All the candidates who will clear BVP CET and whose name would appear in the merit list will be issued a counselling letter by the admission authorities. The counselling letter would be sent to their registered email address. 

Step 2- Registration
All the eligible aspirants have to register themselves for the counselling process.

Step-3 Choice filling
After registration candidates must choose college and course as per their preference and lock their final choice. In order to get desired college and course, candidates are advised to fill in as many choices as possible.

Step 4- BVP CET 2021 Seat Allotment
Based on the merit list and preference candidates would be allotted seats. For BVP CET 2021 seat allotment the qualified candidates will be called in order of their ranking in the merit list.

Step 5- Verification of Documents
Once the seat is allotted to the candidates, they would be required to produce the requisite documents for verification. Candidates have to carry two sets of photocopies of the documents along with the originals. If a candidate will fail to produce documents, requested by the admission authority, there might be chances that their claim for seat will be forfeited.

Documents that are necessary during counselling

• BVP CET 2020 counselling call letter
• Aadhaar card
• 10th and 12th standard qualifying exam mark sheet
• Birth certificate
• Certificate from Principal or the Headmaster of the school for having studied Class 11 and Class 12 grade in India.
• Medical fitness certificate
• Character and conduct certificate from a responsible authority.
• Transfer certificate from the institute last studied
• Candidate’s six passport size photos along with their name mentioned on the backside
• If they belong to any category, they should submit the caste certificate which is issued by the competent authority
• Candidates’ who fall under a certain category, they’ll have to submit SSC certificate or college leaving certificate or domicile certificate
• Migration certificate
• If the candidate has any gap in between their education, then they have to submit the gap certificate (for students who joined a course after 12th standard)
• They should carry a copy of the receipt of tuition fee, other fee and hostel fee if admitted to the hostel.

Step-6 Fee payment
The candidate must confirm the admission by paying the fees at the time of counselling. If any candidate fails to do so, then the admission shall stand cancelled and the seat will be offered to the next eligible candidate from the list.

REFUND OF FEE: If the student chooses to withdraw from the program of studies in which he/she is enrolled, the refund of the fees paid will be made as per the following UGC guidelines
