- Dual Degree Option: Students at the University of Delhi can now pursue two degrees at the same time – one in regular mode through a college or department, and the other in Open and Distance Learning (ODL) mode from the School of Open Learning.
- Enrollment Process: If a student wants to enroll in two degrees, they must inform the University through the Head of the Department or the College Principal.
- No Similar Programmes: Students cannot study two similar programmes like B.Com (Hons.) and B.Com (Pass) at the same time, even if one is through ODL.
- Academic Requirements: Students must meet all academic requirements (like attendance, assignments, exams) for both degrees separately.
- Course Substitution: To avoid repeating the same mandatory courses, students need to study the required courses from the first degree and take alternative courses for the second one, based on university guidelines.
