EduMENTOR Educational Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking passionate and driven Branch Managers to join our team in Delhi, NCR.
About the Role
In this role, you will play a key part in managing the entire branch and driving sales growth.
You will counsel students, parents, and teachers on our latest educational products, build relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day activities at an EduMENTOR Branch.
- Be responsible for regular counseling and mentoring of existing, new, and potential enrolments.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with principals, coaching institutes, and other educational institutions.
- Counsel students, parents, and teachers regarding EduMENTOR’s educational products and services.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase revenue for EduMENTOR branches.
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve assigned targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Address student and parent queries, providing solutions and guidance.
- Establish rapport with prospective customers and convert them into clients.
- Maintain accurate documentation and report to the head office.
