Haryana village 1st to pass No Toilet, No Bride resolution

Haryana’s Godikan village panchayat has passed a ‘No Toilet, No Bride’ resolution, becoming the first panchayat in the country to do so.

According to the resolution, girls from Godikan will not be married off in houses without a toilet.

AIIB To Invest $200 Mn In Infra Fund

Deepika Kumari wins individual recurve gold at Salt Lake World Cup

Archer Deepika Kumari won her first individual gold medal in six years at the Salt Lake World Cup following a 7-3 win over Germany’s Michelle Kroppen in the recurve final.
